Hey Justin,

I assume Caesaria to be a place.

Would need to see Wright's version to determine the locus question. Obviously if there just isn't one then we have to do without it, but if any sort of range is implied we should include it to the maximum specificity attainable.

The two c-level items seems correct to me as I read it on the link. Not sure if Wright left it unclear, but from what I can tell this organization seems correct.

Next time I'm editing I'll take a look at applying the in that quote if someone else hasn't gotten it already.
