Logos and Credits for Gazetteer

@davidamichelson Just double checking, you want these to be in the footer on every page? Or just on the home page?

Good point that could get messy. Yes on landing page and the about page. On the individual place pages let's hid it inside the citation drop down bit. Would that work? If that is to hard then just put it on every page. On the index, faq, etc, I don't think we need it but if it is easier to include it there (imean if they use the same footer) than that is fine.

Actually there are so many now I am worried about the billing. The main funding is NEH, MELLON, and BALZAN maybe they could be in a top row as sponsors and everyone else be listed underneath? Links back would be great.
