Author/Editor roles for Works

I feel like this used to work but doesn't anymore. E.g., http://wwwb.library.vanderbilt.edu/exist/apps/srophe/work/9723 shows the following

Http://syriaca.org/documentation/author-editor-roles.xml#pseudo: Aristotle — ܐܪܝܣܛܘܛܐܠܝܣ
Http://syriaca.org/documentation/author-editor-roles.xml#translator: Sergius of Reshʿayna — ܣܪܓܝܣ ܪܫܥܝܢܝܐ

It should grab the gloss[@type='short'] from the referenced file like so:

Pseudonymous: Aristotle — ܐܪܝܣܛܘܛܐܠܝܣ
Translator: Sergius of Reshʿayna — ܣܪܓܝܣ ܪܫܥܝܢܝܐ

If it would be easier to have these values in the ODD file, we can discuss that.
