@wsalesky So we would like to start auto generating a table on contents for the Markdown Wikis on github when they render into HTML.
i.e. when https://github.com/srophe/srophe-app-data/wiki/TEI-Encoding-Manual-for-The-Syriac-Gazetteer becomes https://github.com/srophe/srophe-app-data/wiki/TEI-Encoding-Manual-for-The-Syriac-Gazetteer
