Reorganization #1133

@nathangibson getting rid of unnecessary modules and images. We should review what is needed in the documentation directory as well. If you are going to create a wiki for the project we can link it.

Looks good to me.

Only 1 question: The CSS and HTML template pages you deleted -- do they apply only to the module landing pages or also to the record detail pages? Because we will still need the latter.

If this is not a problem, you can merge!

@nathangibson I assumed you would be using the same header throughout all the modules, the different template pages and CSS are only necessary if the modules do not follow the main site styles (so, not the record level pages).
