SPEAR visualization: browse events #1152

@wsalesky This page should contain a list of all the events in SPEAR.

We should include the timeline here and the option to sort by textual order or date.

The link on each factoid should take users to the individual factoid pages.

@wsalesky If I recall correctly, we used to have a default view with the timeline visible and the list of events laid out chronologically. It should be fine to do that same thing again.

Then we had the option to view them in text order. Now I'm trying to figure out what text order should mean since we have so many texts, and more coming. In the spirit of keeping things simple, I would suggest we have an "unordered" list rather than a "textual order" list. It could go in whatever order is easiest/fastest to produce. This would invite users to sort the list by keyword.
