Modification of place title for html entry page #64

On Entry page, title of page and in citation should use title from <title> in <titleStmt> in header. In browse view, insert the place type in parentheses and "Syriac Not Available".

New data commit as of 2013-07-13-19:12 has removed type from the <title>.
