resolve John the Arab #149

Did this get resolved?

Additionally, we have https://syriaca.org/person/2801 as an author of a hagiography of Eulogius, https://syriaca.org/work/1586 but John's record list him as being commemorated in that work rather than as its author.

FYI @jsaintlauren starting with this one, the issues in "question" in the Saints Revisions Project that are opened later than this one (so have a higher issue number than 149) are ones that we haven't gotten a chance to look at together yet so I may not have specific questions on those yet.
