Records were split but need more revision to balance #305

@davidamichelson I did this one earlier from a different issue. But somehow I missed that there was already a Qazo, so I created a new one (3026.xml). What should we do here?

@jedwardwalters I forgot you were doing splitting and therefore assigning new URIs. What is the last one you have assigned? I need to reserve a block for an incoming spreadsheet from @dlschwartz

Ahh, yes, thanks! We talked about this, but I had forgotten where the URIs were reserved.

You can keep using this and I’ll reserve a different block for the person records Dan and I are making.

It looks like some of the commemoration data and maybe the bibls can still be added from https://syriaca.org/person/1254 to https://syriaca.org/person/1425. The abstract of https://syriaca.org/person/1425 should also be updated.
