Some person records at the path person/persNames have an @source that doesn't exist #523

@nathangibson I don't know where this came from, but some persNames have an @source of the type #bibURI-10 when there are not actually 10 bibls. I assume a script generated this and we can just find and delete them later. Any ideas?

I've checked about 6 of these (using the XPath person//*[matches(@source,'\-10(\s|$)')]), and I cannot explain what went wrong, but all of the names marked with this source seem to correspond to CBSC citations. (The only one I'm not sure about is the second instance here http://wwwb.library.vanderbilt.edu/exist/apps/srophe/person/963/tei.)

Should I go ahead and switch them to point to CBSC?
