Data extraction for biblical works #689

@davidamichelson , here's a sample of what my script for biblical works is producing from the BL catalogue: https://github.com/srophe/srophe-app-data/blob/dev/data/works/tei/nhsl/tei/1.xml

Comments or concerns before I run it (experimentally at least) on all works? I will plan to do that tomorrow. Of course I'm aware of some issues that will need to be manually cleaned up, such as titles like "Fragments of the book of Genesis, according to the Peshitta version".

@davidamichelson I don't think this needs to be transferred to bl-data? But we might want to circle back to this once other changes to that repo are made and make sure the extraction script is still working.

Or maybe it's already been run and this issue can be closed?
