TSG Manual: ns declarations #867

@davidamichelson the wiki indicates that the ns declarations go on <teiHeader> but they go on the root <TEI> element instead.

I've made many additions and edits going back to last year. I just didn't want to muck around while you've been in the middle of a big push.
