BHSE records' bibls for translations should become `bibl[@type="lawd:Translation]"` #973

These are currently //body/bibl/note[@type="modernTranslation"]/bibl. The info in the bibl should all stay as-is, but it should be moved out of the note and given @type="lawd:Translation".

In cases where we know the source of the translation a /listRelation/relation should be added pointing to the dcterms:source (or multiple if it’s made from several editions, etc.). I think in the majority of cases we won’t have explicit knowledge of the source. We could maybe get these when we have the same bibl URI (e.g. for PO volumes or other facing-page style edition and translation). This may be a later by-hand update.

Do we include “lawd:embodies” relations for translations?

Possibly use : <relation type="modernTranslation" active="#bib270-16" ref="dct:source" passive="http://syriaca.org/work/270" source="#bib270-1"/> when we don't know that a translation is based on a specific edition

Check if this matches the usage in current NHSL records. This gets around the thorny entailment issues of lawd:Translation (which is a Written Work that translates another Written Work that both embody the same Conceptual Work, any edition that also lawd:embodies the same work could be inferred as the translation source, which is not what we want.)
