Interviewing 3-5 possible target users (developers?)

The target user is probably someone who:

1. Uses the default mac terminal (isn't advanced enough to have installed something like iTerm)
2. Isn't using Terminal all the time. For example, they may be a comfortable programmer but somewhat uncomfortable with the terminal.

First step:

• Identify 2-3 user research goals and questions. Possible goals:
  • Get a sense for the severity of the pain.
  • Are there any viral use cases?
• Identify 3-5 possible interview candidates.
  • Possible candidates:
    • FS engineers we're close to? Hope?
    • Dominic Parker
    • Paul Carduner
    • Mary's dad
