New IMDB and TMDB scripts, misc updates

Hello everyone,

I've made a few modifications and added new features:

• new imdb single alternative placement and filter
• new script for tmdb, requires an api key (free)
• updated the README.md
• added new screenshots
• fixed indentation on every script, easier to read now of github
• added icons url in the scripts

The scripts have been tested with the help of a friend and should work flawlessly.

I hope it will be useful for others.
