How to Generate a 4G Signal Under 2.1 GHz #1113

Issue Description

I am testing the SRSRAN 4G. When I run the UE, the download frequency is 2.68 GHz, while the uplink frequency is 2.56 GHz. I want to see whether the signal is transmitted; however, my spectrum analyzer can only display the signal below 2.1 GHz.

How can I change the configurations such that the SRSRAN 4G signal can be transmitted under 2.1 GHz?

Setup Details

Analog Devices PackRF (AD9361/Z7035) with multiple RF channels. Analog Devices Kuiper Linux 2019_r2, based on Raspberry Pi OS 10 (Buster) with Linux Kernel 4.19 and GCC 8.3.

To change the frequency you need to adjust the EARFCN. Therefore, please refer to [1]. To translate EARFCNs to frequencies refer to [2].
