Ipref high throughput #1272

I am using srsLTE with ZMQ emulator. When I set the srsenb with 50 prb , and set a single user only. The Ipref test read around 62 Mbps. Shouldn't I get 36 Mbps only?

With ZMQ you have to check the UE/eNB console trace for the over-the-air rate. The iperf output is not realistic.
