Hi,

I really love this repository, and I have add some instructions about how to use these commands in the PIPE. BTW, I have rebase my branch so you can be free from the conflicts.

Thanks for contributing! I edited a lot of the examples to better conform to the style guidelines and so that I could better understand them.

The sed and awk changes I found too hard to understand, so I removed them.

The find timestamp stuff is great, and I expanded that a little bit.
