Unable to use cscope-win32 in an ssh session, screen, or any non-win32 console based terminal emulator (such as mintty). #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install cygwin.
2. Start a cygwin console.
3. Start screen.
4. Run cscope

It simply just prints "Redirection is not supported." and quits.

Using version 15.7a

This is reproducible in mintty, or over an ssh session to windows as well.

Apparently it is a PDCurses thing. On Cygwin please use cygwin port.
