Windowed Mode: panes scale from opposite direction when cursor moves outside of program window #122

Open a file. Float the Notes Pane. Click on the bottom right of the pane to scale it bigger. While holding the mouse button down, drag the mouse outside of the program to the right. Notice that as you drag the mouse the Pane will grow bigger from the right side, but when the mouse leaves the program window the Pane will grow bigger from the left side.
