Create PROJECTS inside CLIENTS, and group files within them #103

Instead of having all the files on the same list, you should be able to define 
different projects for each user to group the files.

Grouping files by project within a client would be great for clients with 
multiple locations

This should probably be tied to the idea of groups... issue #157 I think. As I 
wrote there, with bigger businesses or projects, we will have multiple projects 
with a "client" where that client is a team of people. So we would have 
multiple people who need to access multiple files within multiple projects over 
multiple months or even years, all under the umbrella of one "client".

Una idea para ello serian 2 paneles laterales, uno con los años y otro con las 
características de las nuevas carpetas.
