How to disable file upload access for the clients

Hi, I want this feature should be added. 

We can enable or disable file upload access for the clients or groups. That 
would be really great. 

I really don't want any of my clients upload any of their files and use my 
server bandwidth and disk space. I just give them access to download the files 
which I have uploaded.

This was just a suggestion though. 

But I really like this script. Really cool one even though there are few bugs.
