First draft of documentation and technical examples. #4

Wrote a first pass at getting the mathematical details together for the documentation.

Math and code use the same notation.
Small SSM example using a physics problem
Go through the technical details in the generating function section.
Sync some of the mode complex cauchy stuff with the appendices.

I think we might want to cut down a bit more on some of the math. Major issues:

Not really sure what to say about HiPPO or how to explain it visually.
Not sure if the woodbury correction stuff is particularly pedagogically important.
