Add additional functionality for ARDS RR>24 #10

Under ARDS RR>24, if someone puts yes, it should stay white and in the middle ask if the patients has dypnea (an extra button). If they choose yes, then it will turn green and p=<0.05. If they say no - then red and insignificant.

Under advanced, the same as above for Leukocytosis >10 ~(can remove the ?)~. Basically stays white and forces the user to answer one more qualifying question before turning green or red.

The current state:

once the user clicks on the "yes", a new row is created
however, the styling of the parent component is wrong (because of the fact that I used regex in case switch) — eventually, I'd like in the middle column to appear a question (e.g. leuko > 10 ?)
the newly-created baby row should have a red coloring until someone clicks YES and then it should be green
