Minor Bf fixes (Mostly in DEV_MODE)

Login page: Fixed count() error in dev mode
getUserInfo() returns null if userCache doesn't exist
Updated indentations in the defines.php file
Navigation: Fixed missing translations when editing navigation name
Slug will now return - if it is empty. Thanks @nzjs
Searchbox: Added it_italian.ini. Thanks @tecnoweb
