Feature/namespacing launch fixes #36

moved temperature and image topics under correct camera namespace, made launch files for user friendly, removed duplicate launch install flags

realized this wasnt quite complete, fixed the dynamic reconfigure to not appear in the managers namespace and isntead under the driver (nodelet). images are published realtive to their namespace, not under the private now.
