Please release for ROS melodic #39

Would be nice, if the package would be released also for melodic

This package is used in the https://github.com/AutowareFoundation/Autoware project. They plan to move to Melodic in the very near future. Please let us know if/when this is planned.

I've emailed the maintainer to ask if he is still maintaining the package and would be interested in someone helping him out.

I've had no response from the maintainer in a month. I'm looking into other options.

@leifole, @JWhitleyAStuff and I have forked the repo and created a melodic release based off of the master branch here: https://github.com/astuff/avt_vimba_camera
