Remove Andreas' email from manifest/package.xml #14

Andreas gets emails from Willows build server when documentation building fails and he doesn't want them. We should put only our addresses as we are the authors and maintainers of this package.

Removed from libviso2/package.xml and manifest.xml in all branches.
