download and demo links are dead #13

download and demo link on the landing page are not working for me. These 
are pointing to:
* http://mirrors.redv.com/pub/jos/
* http://www.openid.org.cn/

both seem to be dead. Trying to build from trunk now.

May I suggest to host the releases within google code? First tabs I am 
searching for on gc-hosted projects is "Documentation" and "Downloads" - 
but both are missing for JOS...

Besides that, the JS Calendar dependency is also dead.

Fortunately, I could download it again by the webarchive.org [1]
