Add instructions on "how to update" to the docs #141

Request for update to documentation

DiViMe is a work in progress and so it should be clear to end users how to install updated versions. Do they have to destroy things, pull/re-clone, and rebuild from scratch? Some other process? Please add a note when you get a chance. Thanks!
