Improved debug messages for 'FST was not functional' problems. #102

This improved debug message helped me enormously to debug a particularly difficult to find problem where the FST determinization failed. I guess it doesn't hurt to add it to the code base.

On a different note, some other issues arise when you try to use a true lexiconp.txt (with pronunciation variants) with eesen, but I'll open another pull request or issue for that.
