We would very much like to do that, and have rudimentary code to do that, but do not have capacity to do this right now. Would you like to give it a try - although it is not going to be trivial.

I just read the paper about discriminative training only, I want to read kaldi code first to know how to complete the discriminative trianing , and then I will try to use it after ctc training , but I don't know the difficulty to complete it and how long time will use.
