getting the output labels as 1 is strange can someone describe why it might be happening, nnet.proto shows output layer as 31

ERROR (net-output-extract:SubtractOnLogpost():class-prior.cc:86) Dimensionality mismatch, class_frame_counts 31 class_output_llk 1

it was due to a nan on the model.... without that it is fine
