Additional device support, bug fixes and general improvements

Included in this PR:

Added support for all devices with supported screen sizes, including Venu 2, Venu 2S, Enduro and more, including older 215x180 devices and 218x218 devices
Unified layouts across touch / non touch (e.g. Vivoactive 3/4) to make maintenance and adding of new sizes easier
Improved layout of wake and offline screens on different screen sizes
Added missing strings to French translation
Improved general string consistency, including allowing localisation of additional strings
Moved arc closer to the edge of the screen to make better use of real estate
Extended arc size
Resolved 401 error on first launch
Updated README
Enlarged launcher icon to support newer devices

I have also created a 'dimensions matrix' in Google Sheets that will make adding additional screen sizes really easy in the future, will share the URL.
