Extract i18n strings in separate string resources #2

All translatable strings have been estracted to the resources/strings/strings.xml file. French translation resource file added in resources-fre.

@srwalter Thanks for approving. You can now merge this PR into your master branch.

This is merged, but some of the other PR's added new strings, which need to be translated into French
