Filters are missing #231

I have the toolbar installed and it just says "All" at the top left. When I very first installed I remember clicking on "use filters" (I think?) and it asked to point at Everything's filters. It crashed or I X'd out or something as I did not understand at the time. I reinstalled and it still doesn't do anything. I just have "All" filter at the top. https://i.imgur.com/6uKqB6l.png

Edit: Tried to REVO uninstall both everything and toolbar, reboot, make sure its not that, reinstall everything, still nothing. Tried on my VM, installed both and it just worked there was no prompting. I could have sworn I got prompted about the filters at one point, but maybe not. In both my physical and VM machine, ticking or unticking to "use everything filters" does nothing. Not sure if that is broken?

Omg it was because I had regular expressions selected, that wasn't apparent...
