Bug: When scaling changes tool-tips/context-menus/popups do not adjust #285

Steps to reproduce

  1. Change scaling either through settings or through a monitor change.
  2. Open everything toolbar and view any tool-tip/context-menu/popup

Expected Behavior

I expected tool-tips/context-menus/popups to change their scale when Windows does.

Actual Behavior

If scaling was set to a higher scale than what explorer started at (E.g. 100%->175%) context-menus/popups scale properly but tool-tips remain at old scale. If scaling was set to a lower scale than what explorer started at (E.g. 175%->100%) tool-tips/context-menus/popups do not scale properly.

Hi @hboyd2003, thank you for the bug report. This was now fixed in the 1.0.0 release.
