Problem Description

The advanced system context menu only supports the light theme.

Proposed Solution

Add dark theme to system context menu.

Also if possible to make the menu uniform with Windows 11

You can get the icons from MS or some other location (like Nilesoft Shell)

Toolbar's latest version 1.0.5 can not set theme colors, causing its theme color to follow only“Windows colors” in system settings, this further results in only a black theme for users who have set the taskbar color (admittedly a problem with windows color settings) . It is recommended that toolbar theme colors follow the“Apply colors” in system settings, or let us can customize the colors and opacity. The Windows 11 style menu is dark (but doesn't look like the default one as it miss many icons etc) and the extended menu is light
