What the problem with this ? I never moved this by accident.

@Horst12 Not really a problem but the UI will be more cleaner without it.

Moving it by accident when scrolling down is also possible for touchscreen device users with big fingers.

I also don't think there is a need to change this. Other applications handle scrollbars and resizable windows exactly the same and I never came across a "lock window size" option so far.
