MapLock + Adding to the Engi. Vending #36

I've started work, and will put the basic files themselves here. Not the giant mass of folders. This is esstentially this:

Maplock: tgstation area: Engineering Reason: Adding of NEW and IMPROVED Engineering Vending

and the Adding part is the adding of several items to the Engineering Vending Machine.

a Maplock is where I lock the editing for the map until I'm finished, and 'Un-lock'.

I think, based on how I've seen BS12 works, this is one method for getting around the fact that dmm files don't play terribly nicely with merging simultaneous commits?

Also, tgstation? We have no such .dmm

Well, Icarus.dmm. I'm just use to seeing it under that name.
