Emptying with prompt #69

On more than one occasion, either from accidentally misclicking a floor tile or light tube instead of a machine/table, I've emptied beakers and bottles uselessly. Would think this would benefit from a prompt to make sure the user does indeed wish to empty a container.

Also, in order to empty a syringe, one must either inject it into somebody, or a beaker, then empty that. With a hypospray, it must be used to be emptied. Would be nice to either have a biowaste disposal unit for syringes, or a way to empty/sanitize a syringe/hypospray/whatever after use.

I agree on both counts. This ought to be two issues, though; one for a 'do you really want to dump this acid on the floor rather than into the circuit imprinter's hopper?' prompt, and one for a biowaste disposal unit or autoclave or something.
