"Forgot password" page does not work on Iphone or Ipad #27

I tried to request a new password from Iphone and Ipad, and it does not work.

The page reload when I click on submit, but not confirmation message is displayed, and no email is received.

In Firefox, the page is redirected to "/reset_request_done" and it works.
