just need help - I am not a developer #58

I am trying to get KeePass 2.16 running under  the MAC OS-X Lion.
The instructions say to load xdotool, but I don't know how.
I got Xcode 4.1 installed (took me all day)
Then I got MacPorts to install
I installed mono
I ran KeePass 2.16 with mono in both X11.app and terminal.app but copy and 
paste do not work, which makes KeePass pretty useless.
The instructions on the KeePass site say to load xdotool, but I don't know how. 
I assume xdotool would make the cut and paste work.
Can someone please help me?!!
