GUI: Add "Display legend" checkbox in reconciliation window #241

Add "Display legend" checkbox in reconciliation window. Default is false (no legend).

Resolves #238.

Fixed a bug introduced in #240 where the Display internal node names and Display event frequencies buttons on reconciliation windows do not work.
