Fix/base test data collector #127

This PR contains various changes to improve test cases for basic APIs, load, loads, single_load, multi_load, dump and dumps. The new test data collector added, allows developers to add test cases by just adding test data files in most cases.

It looks the content of the branch was old and conflicts with this. Abort this and try to resolve that issue.
