Add registry backend #6

I'm completely not interested in this. I've posted just to show the current status for Windows fans.

Me too actually ;-) But maybe there are some use cases and keep it opened.

It seems that python-registry is the library can process it regardless of it's running on: http://www.williballenthin.com/registry/
