STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. call IabHelper.queryInventoryAsync 
2. call IabHelper.dispose immediately after that

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
graceful shutdown

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
various exceptions (IllegalState, NullPointer)

OS VERSION: All

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION: All

DEVICE: All

NOTES: Patch fixing it

Just ran into this issue.  Not sure if these helpers are being maintained, but 
if so this can also happen if the helper is disposed of by user action (backing 
out of the activity using IabHelper for instance) before the query finishes.
