Thanks. In general I've been a bit reluctant to add Japanese names because I've had problems before with "false positives" (as in, I try to add 田中=Tanaka and then find it's matching in too many places where it isn't that name: this might occasionally happen for any name but I'd rather avoid adding names that do it a lot) so I've been tending to think "let's leave the Japanese names to ENAMDICT" (which does have Fumio Kishida). But we could make exceptions for famous names that we've found have been used in Chinese articles and that are very unlikely to false positive. So we might as well have this one I guess....
