move explaination and examples to the top.

I think each plugin needs an example, and to expain the options it takes. so far I have spent 30 minutes.

This is fantastic @dominictarr!

I made some changes, mostly spelling and fixing up tor, but also made a small change in noauth that I think makes things more clear.
