db2 scripts #7

These are the scripts I have used to test db2 partial replication against full replication. Scripts are from @mycognosist mostly just modified a tiny bit to work with latest ssb-fixtures.

Full replication: (completes in 6 s): 74639 messages, 88 feeds

Partial replication (completes in 20 s): 20547 messages, 456 feeds

I seem to have discovered at least part of the problem with partial replication. I can now run it in ~8~ 6 seconds instead of 20. See https://github.com/ssb-ngi-pointer/ssb-replication-scheduler/pull/5#issuecomment-944477675 for more details.
